Her prior experience as an Investigator with the Office of the Citizens’ Representative—the provincial Ombudsman—shaped her expertise in advocacy, oversight, and ethical governance. With a paralegal background, Karen remains a vital asset to the IG team, ensuring rigorous adherence to company, federal, and provincial regulations.

Beyond her compliance role, Karen contributes meaningfully to client engagement through the preparation of IG Living Plans and the coordination of impactful Client Events.

Karen’s dedication to empowerment reaches far beyond the workplace.
