Originally from Flower’s Cove on Newfoundland’s Great Northern Peninsula, Kelly moved to St. John’s in 1998 to pursue post-secondary education. In 2004, she joined IG Wealth Management and quickly became Steve’s trusted assistant—a role she’s elevated through her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Kelly is the backbone of many team operations, known for her ability to keep complex schedules running smoothly, manage logistics with precision, and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. Her talent for coordination shines especially in her role as one of the lead organizers for the IG Walk for Alzheimer’s—a cause close to her heart following the loss of her father to the disease. From managing timelines to rallying volunteers, Kelly brings structure and compassion to every event she touches.

Beyond the office, Kelly loves to travel and whether she’s coordinating team logistics or planning her next adventure, Kelly brings thoughtfulness, precision, and a genuine zest for life to everything she does.
